As the only Wellness Center in North Alabama offering the revolutionary Technogym System, Athens-Limestone Hospital Wellness Center is truly unique. Each member can receive a $20 wireless portable Smart Key in which is stored your complete fitness history, physical assessment and personalized fitness program. This allows you to move seamlessly through exercises and equipment programmed according to your health needs. Whether you're a beginner, a weekend warrior, a rehabilitation patient or an elite athlete, the Smart Key is your passport to a healthier lifestyle.

Friday 5:00am - 7:30 pm

Sat. 8:00am � 4:00pm

Sun. 1:00pm � 5pm

* Persons age 9 and over are eligible for memberships.
* Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult
* Children under the age of 19 must have signature of consent by parent or legal guardian
* Fully Staffed Play Care-area is available. Check the front desk for times and rates.
