Easy Does It
Incorporates range of motion exercises; helps maintain joint mobility and increases flexibility. This class is good for people with arthritis and fibromyalgia and Physical Therapy transfers.
Cardio Aqua Blast
This "no holds barred" class combines cardio and weights for a one of a kind workout. The leg patterns are exciting, the arm patterns are fun and the combination of both challenges your muscles and your mind. Noodles and web gloves will maximize benefits for both functional strength and cardio endurance.
Free for All
This "no holds barred" class combines cardio and weights for a one of a kind workout. Our reward for a hard week's work is to "Play Ball" at the end of class to improve range of motion and flexibility. Great class to bring a Free Friend on Friday.
Upbeat, fun Cardio class. Take your exercise routine up a notch.
Great Interval training class. Goes from steady state exercise and then takes it up a notch as we jog, cross country ski or do jumping jacks. Class keeps moving for the entire session.
This "heart healthy class" combines both shallow and deep-water exercises.
A non-stop (shallow water) cardio workout that includes both shallow and deep-water exercises.
After warm-up, we are traveling with various jogs, hops, leaps across the pool. This utilizes the "greater than air" water resistance to get the most out of our water workout.
Weigth It Out
Utilizing foam weights in the pool with cardio exercises to get the full meaning of drag, resistance and buoyancy. Great upper and lower body workout!
