Power YogaCovers a wide variety of standing, balancing, and seated poses.
Fat Burning PilatesThis combination class incorporates standing Pilates exercises along with the health benefits of a cardio workout. Increase flexibility, strengthen the muscles, and improve the posture while working aerobically. Light weight work is included during the squat segments. Progresses to the ball or mat work. Class ends by stretching the lower body with the dynaband. This 45 minute class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Pilates Sculptcombines the most effective elements of Pilates and sculpting into a one-of-a-kind workout designed to tone and tighten the entire body.
Silversneakers YogaStretch: YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of Seated and Standing poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
NOTERefrain from eating at least two hours prior to class time.
If you forget your sticky mat, one will be provided at the facility.
